I guess the greatest thing about doing this Web Log is that I do what I would like to do in the realm of creative content. I can go wherever my mind takes me in reference to topics. I was reading a Web Log that has been growing on me a lot and has become a place that I check out and follow frequently. The site called the Award Tour ran by my man Phillip who is a talented young designer who owns and operates his own brand under that name. He was discussing street wear blogs and how there content can be so repetitive and how his goal is to grow creatively, innovating and changing things up from the stagnant ideas we see each day. So it really made me appreciate what I do over here and where I want to go and also don’t wont to go with my web loggings. I have posted many videos which kind of bothers me a tad so one of my goals is to move away from that format but certain videos touch that inner kid in me and takes me back to some of the best times in my life, so I have to explain the meaning behind those videos.  Big thanks Phil on that post.

Not having cable is one of the best and one of the worst things to have to endure as a kid. The worst because when you get to school and the other kids are talking about some show on cable you have to sit there very mum and act like you know what the hell they are talking about. If you dare to say that you don’t have cable at home the roast session begins on your poverty level. The other bad part is that people with cable hate to come over your house and when they do all they talk about is “why yall don’t have cable I’m ready to go” “I hate coming over here they ain’t got nothing” I was a young dude so at times it hurt me that my house was never cool enough for my family and friends cause we didn’t have cable and things like Nintendo’s and Genesis but as I look back on it the shallowness of being a child is super funny.

I think the best part was watching regular TV because you had to find those shows that were interesting and PBS channel 10 was the best it had a lot of good programming and one of my favorite shows was Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego I even had the game on the Sega Master System. Here is an episode of that show; it is a fun game show for children that tested thinking and listening skills in reference to various countries and cultures.
